Total Recall

We watched a free screening of Total Recall, a remake of the 1990 Arnold Schwarzenegger version.  I just wanted to watch a Colin Farrell movie.

I actually wore my new Sam Edelman flats. I started to wear the Toms, but I didn't like the outfit.  So I changed my shoes.

So I got this shirt from Marshall's

It's like a reverse mullet, plain in the front, busy in the back.  I love it.  I just need to figure out how to wear it. I was first drawn to the lovely cobalt blue color.

Then I saw the buttons on the back and the cut of the back hem.

Excitement ensued.

70 degrees in February!

I really wanted to dress up yesterday. Like really bad. I bought these shoes over the weekend at Ross for $20 and I just couldn't wait to wear them.

I really wanted to wear the bird top to work today.  Like really badly.  I don't know why.

I didn't wear those slippers to work even though I really wanted to. I wore flats from my Report arsenal.

The job interview

I wore this to a job interview and I think it's safe to say I didn't get it.  I'm not down or anything about it, it didn't seem like a good fit after the first 5 minutes of interviewing.

As usual, I stuck to my trusted brands.  Bonus were the borrowed shoes from my mom.  I wish I took a better shot of Mary Jane heels.

It's my birthday and I'll party if I want to!

O-M-Geebus! Marshalls and TJ Maxx had closesout sales last week and while I tried to restrain myself,I still came out with a few things.  I got this dress for $3 and the tights for $1.  Yay!
